The DARTE Series is an initiative of Mariana de la Roche (BlackVogel) and Nina-Luisa Siedler with the aim to increase legal certainty within the realm of the EU crypto markets. As a new regulatory framework, the application of MiCAR and related regulations still raises numerous questions and as such the DARTE Series aims at facilitating expert discussions, resulting in industry best practice proposals, published in reports, and specific calls to action. The round tables will be held across Europe and beyond to ensure we capture local issues and opinions.
In addition to our in-person round tables, we launched the DARTE Video Podcast to make key insights accessible to a broader audience. The first series focuses on anti-money laundering topics and is available here.
