Digital Assets Round Table
Expert Series
Building legal clarity for crypto-assets within the evolving EU regulatory framework and beyond.
The Digital Assets Round Table Experts (DARTE) Series is a joint initiative by Mariana de la Roche Wills (BlackVogel) and Dr. Nina-Luisa Siedler (siedler.legal), supported by the European Commission.
Its mission is to enhance legal certainty and regulatory convergence within the rapidly evolving EU crypto-asset landscape. As the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR) and related EU frameworks enter into force, numerous interpretative and operational questions continue to arise.
The DARTE Series provides a neutral and high-level forum for structured expert dialogue between regulators, policymakers, legal practitioners, and industry leaders. Each roundtable results in concise reports and concrete calls to action, reflecting emerging industry best-practice standards and proposals to improve the implementation of MiCAR and adjacent regulations.
Sessions are held across Europe and beyond to capture national specificities, cross-border challenges, and regional perspectives, thereby supporting a truly pan-European approach to digital-asset regulation and market integrity.
