Over the past two years, the DARTE Series took us across more than 28 cities, from Brussels to Washington, Helsinki to Buenos Aires, convening regulators, lawyers, and industry leaders to tackle the hardest questions in crypto regulation.
One question kept coming back: how are crypto asset service providers supposed to disclose insider information publicly, verifiably, and in a way that actually holds up legally?
I am proud to announce that Mariana de la Roche (my partner in crime to organise the DARTE Sessions) and Elfriede Sixt are taking one step forward and creating DAAvern, a global disclosure portal built for every entity with Article 88 MiCA obligations
We offer a secure, independent, third-party portal that publishes disclosures with e-timestamps, IPFS anchoring, multi-chain hashing, and distribution across all major channels, creating a permanent public record that meets modern legal standards.
For exchanges, issuers, and service providers operating in the EU and beyond, this is no longer optional. Article 88 MiCA requires crypto companies to disclose insider information to the public in a verifiable, standardized way.
The problem? No compliant infrastructure existed to do it.
DAAvern changes that.
DAAvern gives you the protection you need, and the compliance infrastructure the industry has been waiting for.
